The money is most likely to be used to pay for some if not all of a new house. Still deciding which way to go with that.
My "cools hit I want" purchase would be an airplane (and a hangar rental to go with it). The market for planes isn't too bad right now since there's not nearly as much free floating cash as there was two or three years ago.
