>New Mareland puppet didn't inherit my color
Awesome! Anyway I took 161k casualties and inflicted 4.1m, Chiropterra took 47k casualties and inflicted 461k. All of my puppets also ended up with a positive casualty ratio. The entire faction took 1.04m casualties and they took 5.58m casualties the entire war had less military dead than just the Soviets suffered in WWII, and it was over in less than two years, and from hitting the coast it was less than a half a year to them capitulating. About 2.8m of the casualties were done by three major encirclements including one encirclement for 1 million casualties. Battle plannig with infantry that moves at 12.3km is insane.
I took land to strengthen my hold on New Mareland, took the most advanced Naval facility on the continent, and the Verdenian land needed to control the straight.
I would probably go around grabbing land with dockyards on it all around the world, that would allow an empire with a foot hold everywhere and absolute control over intercontinental trade. I think the Lunar pack got the nuke first, and we have Jets and Ballistic missiles in development. With a bunch of Lunar Hong Kongs around the world, we could ensure no substantial navy or nuclear force ever develops with-out a ground war taking place.
With-out the weakness of democratic decision making, or the succession crises that befall mortal emperors, Lunar hegemony should be everlasting, barring internal collapse.
