Jokkmokk born and raised here.
I went to university in Luleå. Closest one to me. Had to wait a year so I could get a dorm room because commuting with the bus would be like six hours everyday.

I looked into universities in the rest of Sweden but dorms had like 1500-3000 students waiting for a student flat/room everywhere and I didn't wanna wait until my 30's to get educated.
