It's always this way with Slaanesh stuff, it's just hinted at or danced around or wink wink nudge nudge bullshit because they cannot and will not ever actually put sexual content into 40K material, so it begs the question as to why you have Slaanesh around to begin with in the setting if you're never going to commit to the idea.
