Sorry, but I just don't see it. Deux and Challia's statements are similar, but have very different meanings. The scenes after, Challia is still focused on Kycilia, showing no reaction to Gates and Deux. The time to bring is up would have been when he's drinking wine, but again, he's thinking about how to kill Kycilia and Gihren. If it was intended to be read that way, it's not forshadowed well at all.
