This line does facinate me though. How the fuck did this manage to squeeze through? How did they write and record that and think to themselves, "hey maybe we shouldn't insult our fanbase like this before the game is even out?" Did the con-man somehow make everyone involved think it somehow wasn't an anime game they were making/advertising? Did they think Mega Man was never an anime franchise despite having multiple anime and being made in Japan?

Truly to be a fly on the wall when this was tossed around a viable idea to advertise your game that was already on thin ice when the trailer dropped.
