Paracelsus 2nd NP buff fucking when? Like, seriously, his NP is supposed to be the ultimate merging of the 4 Elements yet not only does it have a smaller damage multiplier than most unbaffed art NPs (even after it got buffed), but it's only effect is a small 3t ATK down.
