I said she has potential specifically because of the reasons that you claim that she doesn't. She was not fully explored as a character because the staff knew that the story was coming to a close. Thus, we have our current iteration of Cozy - a character whose motivations, perspective, and origin are all completely unknown to us and THAT represents potential.
You seem to be under the misconception that I am arguing about the liklihood of Tamers including her, but I am not. I agree that it is unlikely and possibly redundant given the amount of manipulators already in the show. I just took issue with part of your statement.
