Really though, was Takopi's mother implying that just using the clock does this or was she going to reset Takopi herself?
The anime kinda implies the latter, but the manga is worded weird and almost implies the former and then seems to be doing the latter still as well.

If she didn't know what "kill" means, what was the issue with Takopi's plan at all?
