I suggest acquiring enough silver shot to submerge your entire corpus within. Get an old clawfoot tub and place it on a scenic overlook, then just keep filling it with silver shot until you can submerge yourself in it.
Once you have bathed in silver, completely submerged by it, then this insanity shall pass...
