Drac doesn't start casting his Hell's Judgement !! until he's below 80% hp, and you can ignore his essence drain attacks with undead/evil armor. You can flee his normal attacks with 250 flee.
What you'd want to do is equip kasa garment / ring of flame lord, stand on top of him with myst case, scalpel, green operational coat plus x2 bonus drop accessory of choice (I like blazzer clips). Have just enough int to 1shot the bats with the fireballs so you don't hurt Dracula as much, and when Drac reaches close to 80% hp heal him with a heal-granting item or char select to priest that you have on the map. Other than that, you'll just be alt-tabbing in every 50 seconds to pick up alcohol (acid hearts, gift boxes, cheese, royal jelly, ...), healing with ice cream and then tabbing back out, rinse and repeat.
