Fixed. But yeah, she will probably see any outsider as fair game, but it's highly unlikely a human from outside could live long enough to even cross paths with her.
It is also implied she breaks the rules sometimes, like in Imperishable Night when she wanted to go towards the human village at night to "refuel" herself, although I'm sure she just wanted to suck some villagers, not kill them.
