While I don't doubt that behavior will improve through the use of mass surveillance, mind prisons, and behavior pattern incentives the same way a rat or dog can be trained in a lab to repeat certain behaviors I have to wonder, this perfection, it comes at what cost?
I believe and the true core of my thesis is that once humanity reaches this stage - which really isn't that far off into the future as the pieces already exist today - that humanity will stagnate, once you subdue and suppress to a certain point imagination, freedom, creativity, stupidity, and everything that makes a human a human that you kill the "spark" the "ghost" as you might put it that makes the construct move - I believe that humanity will come to a grinding halt not in a bang but in a whimper.
