Ive put them on circles so I can do skirmish games too. Ive used them for Rangers of shadow deep, and I would like to try others like the Baron's war and the aforementioned mordheim.

but yah, they look nothing like empire troops. I think perry has some war of the roses/late 1400s models that could possibly be passible. the european infantrfy and foot knights look pretty sweet.
