North Carolina Central University has accused Virginia Tech of tampering. In particular, their head coach claims VT sent a position coach to a NC Central game, who then walked onto the sidelines, recruiting a player, who ended up transferring, but to UVA instead of Tech.
Virginia Tech released a statement indicating this was the first time they had heard about the accusations and would investigate if any NCAA rules were violated.
