Picture says it all, Matrix is a straight up design rip of the 0777, except ZT (initially) made theirs with a composite blade.
Kershaw later made a knife called the Natrix which was essentially a Mini Matrix but the name was a double entendre since Natrix is not only one letter off from Matrix but is also a species of grass snake (snake in the grass).
