I take it you're on the latest update? If so, yeah you gotta wait for the PM mods updates for it to work "smoothly" again like in pic related. Though there is a little way for you to still synch up the poses: don't move V, use a camera angle that puts V straight in the center (this can help there: https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/17089) and then spawn another NPC, while keeping the straight in the center camera angle, move the NPC about 1.0 points on the "far" axis and V and the NPC should now roughly be in the same spot which allows you to synch up the couple poses, for now.

In short, you can still synch up the poses but you gotta position them by eyeballing it
