That was the idea
Space lizards stay as they are in their own book
Dragonmen go with stormcasts in their book
They would stand side by side only if someone where to bring a regiment of renown for the other or a 2vs2 players scenario, and in that the dragonmen act as a sort of visual bridge between the lizards and the stormies
