This is objectively good. It's the paid cosmetics which need to go. I've been saying it before and it caused seethe for whatever reason. Darktide wasn't getting shit because selling cosmetics works on a crowdfunding logic, but even worse. Paypigging slop is supposed to finance some nebulous, vague updates, but then Fatshark is under no actual obligation to provide something cool, you already gave them money. All they have to do something, no matter how little and then shills will defend it because it's le "free". Which is why nothingburger garbage like Havocs or Mortis Trials were being made, a garbage with less effort than fucking Weaves, just to make it look like they are doing something. And which is why all Darktide was getting were either numerous reworks of a fucked up gameplay mechanics like crafting or finishing half finished content they had, like those "new" weapons and skill trees.
Paid slop is downright damaging for the game and a fucking mistake. People buying slop are harming the game. Proper content expansions should be paid and if Fatshark under-delivers they would be punished with lower sales and review bombing.
