Reason it looks so smooth is NOT because I get these frames ingame, but because I record using hardware encoding. Straight from gfx card to video without silly things like my computer's ability to actually perform that well.

Exactly. Everyone is shit until they get used to it. Powys aren't so good that 50ms of latency is the difference between players. There are other ways to be a great player: awareness, positioning, ball control. I'd rather take a player who has these down than crisp ping and self-practiced trickshots. You don't get good shots like these consistently without teamwork and knowing where to be.
