I really doubt they'll do that, the extra pre-production time was most likely done to prepare more CGI backgrounds just like how they did for King-Ohger.
Gozyuger's AI backgrounds are only used for far-away shots of the no-one world, the inside of the city are actual sets and the reason (or excuse depending on how you want to look at it) they even used an AI background for that was because it's literally a world made by an AI in-lore.

Because we already had pretty accurate drawings prior that one, when color said it's the closest he didn't mean by design because we already had one, he meant by proportions because of how buff he looks in this art.
