Shaky Grounds is peak. Blast Radius is divisive one but still very solid megapack. WG maps are a good start but nothing too impressive, there's few episodes with different themes.
There are also tons of solo maps of top tier quality lost to time, I recommend to check MSDN and look at hot maps list, sort it by rating to get best of the best.
It's sad how much cool stuff there is in Duke community over the years but nothing gets any attention or discussion around it like Doom does. One day it will all die down and no one will talk about it. Grim.
