You can see the sign has a brighter glow, and when you open it, bottom left says "Voices from weapon form a blessing".
Though, people mentioned it was 5k, I only 1k here. I'm guessing it's because a blue weapon he picked up, so higher rarities probably would give you higher value. Interesting.
