I'm having the same issue I can laser a guy in the head at least 5 times then if I so much as get touched I'm down even side stepping in and out of cover for 1 second insta dead. I wish I had been recording my last match. Every guy took a clip to the head I was counting the hit reg sometimes 7 shots to the head and I was downed everytime without any indicator or flash of red. Just peaking out of cover for 1 second ded. I hooked directly up to my router just to make sure it wasn't my wifi adapter. The game is dogshit if you don't carry a shotty at all times.
