If the game is so easy for you guys, can you give me tips? I'm struggling a lot in that fight where Ramza gets split from the rest of the team, and he has to 1x1 fight the mercenary Dark Knight with the bullshit HP leech skill by himself while his team gets jumped by a whole army outside. I figured out that there is a way to open the gate and use it like a chokepoint, but I'm still getting my ass kicked.
I find the game too hard, I currently have 14+ hours on this save file but I'm stuck in this fight.
My team is a Knight (Ramza), another Knight, a Chemist, a Black Mage and a Monk. The subjob for all classes is Chemist (so I can use phoenix down and potions on all, and the subjob for the Chemist is Knight so she can have shields and armor. I keep a stock of 40+ phoenix down and 40+ hi-potions in all fights because otherwise I lose).
My tactics so far to win the game has been spamming Phoenix Down and potions.
I do not have a very high IQ, so please keep it simple. But I was smart enough to at least beat the Cognazzo fight in the DS FF4 remake and graduate in a STEM in college (without AI).
