It is the classic situation in which parents plant negligently or irresponsibly and in the future the child has to deal with the harvest for the rest of his life.
Regardless of whether their parents are rich or poor, a child needs all the attention to understand their strengths and weaknesses and thus develop them properly until they reach a point that they become truly independent. Considering cases of properly cared for children, they can reach peak maturity at 16 and can even get married and build a family.
Understand one thing Asian guy, you are not to blame for the shitty life you have now but you have to realize and accept this as soon as possible and move on to plan B.
>get a job as soon as possible even if it's minimum wage
>save enough money to live alone in a rental, close to work or with good cost-benefit and quality of life
>save money for at least two years while you think about where you will spend the rest of your life
It's a radical decision, no doubt about it. You're not really prepared for it. But it's just a matter of understanding that it has become inevitable. There's nothing stopping you from getting kicked out and you WILL have to go through it. So get out on your own. The clock is ticking. You already know what to do. Read this post again until you understand.
I believe in you, you can do it. I did it so you can too.
