I had to upgrade to it because they never backported the TCP updates they did for Server and 11:

This meant I couldn't get my advertised ISP speed on WIndows 10 even if it was fully up to date or a fresh install.
Since then, it's been fine, I've tweaked it to fit my use case and disabled all the AI shit. It's not as bad as people make it, I would just call it "meh".
