you are definitely achieving *something* with your art direction lol
kind of ironically, what your art reminds me of is specifically japanese artists (individuals rather than studios) who draw scribble doodles of anime girls that just stare into nothingness but manage to convey a sense of connection with the viewer that should not be possible from just pixels on a screen... and so few pixels at that!

that goat above is a prime example

even if i manage to finally decide that i want to abandon cleanliness for expressiveness... i have no idea how to practice it
i wish i could force myself to worry less :^)
this is the type of fundamental illness within me that i cant over come lmao
talking to you about this, i got the idea to at least gather the sketches of mine that accidentally, fortunately, had some expressiveness and try to remember what state of mind i was in when drawing. maybe i can find out what it is that switches on or off that allows for these lucky accidents
this is the latest sketch that happened to be such a lucky accident for me. it is almost half a year old ;_;
