First time I beat Havoc 40 was with this build.

I was originally using the Mastiff but it really falls off hard around... 25 to 30. There's too much shit going on, too many enemies, etc. It was only disabling a single enemy out of 30+. I had every single point I could spare put into it and it just wasn't enough.
