See if you enjoy the story and drop it if it's not your style. The gameplay is good but not enough to carry the game on its own if you're not invested in the characters. Also, unlike a lot of anime storylines, there's no "just keep watching until episode 135 that's where it gets good just trust me bro". Outerplane stays consistent from the beginning so if you don't like the introduction you probably won't like the rest of it.
