I bit the bullet and rolled my first Demiurge up to 6* in Luna, and out of all demis, this seems like the best value I could have gotten. Sure, a lot of demis have really strong 6*s for PvP but Luna's is the only one I can think of who also has a big impact in PvE. I also just really like her as a character. Good woman supremacy.

If rta was a good thing people would be playing it a lot even with the current system where it’s basically invite/friends only. If something is genuinely fun you don’t need incentives for people to play it even if such fun things might not stay fun forever. Gacha minigames are a. Good example of this where many successful minigames tend to be played even after players cleared all the rewards, because it’s fun.

If rta PvP was that good the discordfags would be hosting their own mini tournaments and regularly making rooms to play it. That’s just not the case last I checked.

nikke started selling monthly core dust per day packs, and t9 manufacturer equipment packs. essentially at that point, you already weren't catching up to whales ever, because the game features "infinite" synced levels that require 10k core dust per level, which make all the difference in pvp. t9 manufacturer equipment used to be rng hell until more and more selectors were made available to buy - later on, for f2p they added pity boxes for this equipment (complete rng, no picking) and reroll boxes (2 gear for 1 random class/slot gear of a faction type). this was far too late to ever hope to catch up in arena and you already lost whatever raids you needed at the time to whales by a landslide, as the cash shop also put out some substat reroll item packages far earlier than they did make those items plentiful and introduce a secondary pity lock system.
they also made the infamous $60 gacha skins, so there was even coomcreep
normally the skins are $20 and come with pulls, the $60 ones do too + more but not triple the price levels of more at all
the skins themselves have a different idle lobby pose and a new burst screen in terms of how they differentiate themselves from regular skins, it was a huge ripoff that people just stopped caring about after they gave us a 10-20$ discount on a few banners - not ALL, not permanent, just a few.

this has never bothered me
the rates are good (double outerplane's except on limiteds), the pity system is fine, and they give us enough pulls to guarantee most of the chars you want, along with a wishlist feature for standard banner which gets every non-limited or premium unit added 1-2 months after.
these games are pay2gap
the whiners are in every gacha game thread asking why its all pay2win, they just mean they don't like that the servers are kept up by people with 3-4x our wage who get to be ahead of f2p or low spend.

See if you enjoy the story and drop it if it's not your style. The gameplay is good but not enough to carry the game on its own if you're not invested in the characters. Also, unlike a lot of anime storylines, there's no "just keep watching until episode 135 that's where it gets good just trust me bro". That while Ame only gets an extra turn for more chain in exchange for turn burned, Maxwell is this retarded hero that deals insane damage while buffing other mages to also do insane damage. The only real ‘issue’ is that there aren’t even 3 dps dark mages right now, Iota is already a reach that heavily relies on low hp to do decent damage.

Yeah it’s hard to record when it happens thanks to hidden. Like for example just now I fought some guy called Backan, dunno if he did something wrong with his defense team but his D Vlada is 6*, went first, s3 ate my DLuna’s attack+immunity buff, and then for some reason MEva s2 popped off interrupting DVlada from the s2. In many cases like this, it doesn’t work out that way. Same with when I have 0 buffs on my team, DVlada will s3, then get off s2 without MEva using s2.

Basically I’ve PvPed enough to get every single outcome and I can’t even begin to understand how the fuck DVlada works. It’s the most inconsistent shit I’ve come across.
