all fighting games are niche, its the lower common denominator they are appealing to now with the newer games pissing off the try hards / tournament players

too bad, as long as bandai / crapcom make money (and netherrealm who sell mortal kombat to people that buy it, but play it only once, got your money HA) the 'new' generation of fighting games are slowly going to become fortniteified

can always go back to doa 3 4 and 5, i do often in locals with friends to just hit buttons and goof off playing through a rotation of games
