Finished all 4 chapters last week and started hunting for those extra stories, liked all of them but I'm surprised those aren't in the game considering they have important characterization and backstory. I don't think adding a couple of flashbacks across the chapters would ruin the pacing, since it's an rpg and all.
My favorite ended being the one about Kris and the piano. It gives a lot of weight to his moments in ch4
