Zero non-tribal cards. Even changelings are iffy. The only acceptable non-tribal cards are those that directly reference the tribe in question. For example, with Chatterfang Squirrel tribal, Nut Collector is fine, but if you put in Blood Artist or Zulaport Cutthroat because of how good they are for the deck's natural aristocrat bend then it is not a tribal deck, it is an aristocrats deck.
