Yeah I don't get it either.

I have an inch of bellyfat from a little bit of laziness, and even that inch gives me problems to the point where I lift weights 4x a week in order to offset the health issues with more muscle mass.

When I see these morbidly obese fatfagss with 6+ inches not only is it disgusting but I just don't get how someone could put up with that. Do they just legitimately not realize that the reason for all their health issues and chronic pain is due to them being gigalards? I see some of these lards literally rotting away like OP pic. Why? How? Are they just incapable of not eating a million chocolate muffins? I can't even fathom what must be going through someones head to think that eating like a pig is worth rotting feet.
