Here's my on-a-whim, stayed up until 9AM tier list
S is ordered, A is vaguely ordered, B and C aren't ordered at all and most of B is "not strong enough for A but not weak enough for C" rather than me having particularly strong opinions on the characters. The game is pretty well-balanced with a handful of outliers.
