Don't do what I did and drop out kek, studying comes first, but I just forced myself to be more social in my last year of college after COVID (I was basically a shut-in before then). I forced myself to go out with my roommates and go to parties and make friends and go to societies with them. Even at my most ugly and skinnyfat I ended up dating and sleeping over with some really pretty and fit girls (and probably had opportunities with a lot more if I'd been bolder)
By all means keep working on yourself, fixing things in your life etc. but honestly the normies' "beeee social" advice is the best. This is why normalfags have relationships and sex and losers like us don't
