1. you don't have a % success of every play that happens in your games
2. even if you did have that, how are you possibly describing it as a "strict adherence to a rule" other than as a gotcha
Most people just see a fight happen and say well I have more people so I should go or they have more people so I shouldn't go and that's as far as the mental math goes
Dumb people see a fight happen and think well I have 3 minions to kill so I can't go because they got told that CSing is the highest winrate strat by a fraud coach
Genuinely thinking about the risk and possible reward of each and every play is something very few people do and is the LITERAL definition of an flexible rule, you will go to fights nobody else goes to and stay away from fights nobody else would

The way to learn is by making mistakes and reviewing those mistakes and learning from them.
High elo or low elo both miss the point you can do it in any elo, but in high elo your mistakes will be punished more judiciously so it can be easier to recognize the egregious ones.
But also once you're significantly behind your mistakes stop being possible to learn from, so only the first five minutes or so will be teaching for you and everything after will just be getting your balls kicked in
Either way the only way for you to learn is by having the initiative to recognize your errors.
