My legendary rate was definitely above average but I was so blinded by my ire at not getting a single leader ticket that I didn't really pay attention.
I crafted 1 of the Fortes, and opened 137 legends rise packs. I got quite a few legends rise legendariys from the park chest when infinity evolved came out though.
