she is already in a good state now, mainly having her winrate lowered by the fact that she has the highest pickrates of all adcs and gets countered by the current meta adcs. if she got buffed, she would be in an overpowered state. a 20% pick rate champ should never have a >50% wr or they are very clearly overtuned (like sennas was last patch, 51% wr at 20% pr 27% br)
