I play in My homebrew world which, after deciding I was too lazy to make My own world map, takes place on a planet geographically identical to Earth but with a ton of changes here and there for the sake of the game. I run PF2e.

If you can't find a specific system, I don't see why you can't just boot up some generic fantasy system and say "This takes place in medieval Europe as we know it"
