You would just have to force people to work a little and tell them it's a good deal, which is true. And punish them if they don't work if they can, that's what I mean by force. Maybe they could get used to it. And yeah the men doing something super hard should get rewarded like 4x as much or whatever the AI thinks makes sense.
I don't see a technical problem with technofeudalism, only the practical issue that the people on top are jews, which is a problem because they hate us and don't see us as humans so we must do the same to them. The people on top would have to care about the public like in present day China.
These are all just pie in the sky theories rn.
