The platoon maintainer is arbitrarily turning a blind eye to the rule that was set from the start and he himself has enforced with many platoons until then.
He decided a platoon that only started to recruit on /vg/ 5 months into the game despite being a day 1 platoon is okay to stay on spreadsheet because they pinky promised him not to recruit on discord anymore despite being a discord platoon for 5 months on the grounds that they have people from 4chan on their discord server.

Since then some other platoon leaders also anonymously admitted that they have been open recruiting randoms
He has been vehemently defending the platoon in question and trying to gaslight people into thinking that whoever speaks out against it is the same thread boogeyman copycuck schizo. This is of course just a sad attempt to deflect.
So use the spreadsheet at your own risk, unless you see a platoon recruiting on the /vg/ threads very actively it is very possible that they are recruiting from outside at this point.
