tbf amendments do exist for a reason
if people on the left can argue about people not being able to own "assault rifles" then I think it's fair to say that birthright citizenship can be overturn with an amendment as well
I can't name them off the top of my head, but I'm pretty sure we've had amendments that overturn previous ones before
