Stainless Taurus PT92, it ticks every box, it even has both a safety and decocker on the frame (up is like a 1911 safety, down is a decocker)

The action is exactly like a beretta 92, but the fire control system is different. It has a lot of parts interchangeability with the beretta, stuff like the barrel, extractor, guide rod, locking block and mainspring are all interchangeable. The magazines have the same dimensions but the mag catch is different, but mec-gar makes really good mags for it and you can use beretta mag extensions and baseplates.

They're also easy to suppress like the beretta 92, so you can run a short can without a booster (pic related, mine)

Aesthetics question:

I want to paint the can, accessory rail, light and magazine bases because the black is quite jarring against the stainless and wood, what would be the best colour?

So far I have considered desert tan, coyote brown or a grey similar in colour to a grey parkerized finish.
