the True Orthodox and Old Calendarists are the same thing, they are the true Church but be aware of which synod of theirs you join, some are genuinely schismatic because it's easier in these dissident groups to fly from canonical measures, if you're in US I suggest joining GOC-K or ROAC, they are not schismatic, the first is the main greek old calendarist synod and the later was old ROCOR's creation for the true orthodox in Russia
