Going by the amount of NVIDIA dGPUs shipped last quarter >>105721686 it's safe to say there are millions of RTX 50 card owners who are using their cards just fine.
If the past issues were as persistent as you make them out to be, NVIDIA would've had to deal with one the largest returns & refunds in their history.
No such news is being reported from retail sources or AIBs.

Not to mention Microsoft is trying to fix related issues on their end with these Windows updates.
