It's not a proper tribal deck if the commander isn't in the tribe. The only compromise I'm willing to make on that is pic related being the best skelly commander because inexplicably there are exactly 8 legendary skeletons and none of them interact with skeletons at all. At least this guy making skellies is a synergy.
