She's absolutely not. First off, disney princesses are not supposed to be very young, and when they are they look like picrel. Lilo is ugly-cute, she's like 6 years old but she was designed to look like a baby with potato nose. She's probably not meant to be ugly or fat in-universe because all the little girls in the movie look like that, but she's million miles away from the disney princess look. And of course she's not actual royalty or anything of the sort, she's a random little girl from Hawaii whose family is struggling to survive.

She's also an autistic, weird, and occasionally aggressive outcast, while classic disney princesses are Mary Sues with perfect singing voice instantly loved by every man, woman and beast they interact with except for the villain. Her animal sidekick is a disgusting little gremlin from space who eats his own boogers and dreams about becoming a kaiju. No love interest either, at least in the movies, while disney princesses are extremely romance-brained. All the classic ones are also very white. If Lilo is a disney princess type, so is Janna from svtfoe.
