bunch of spikey fists, spinefist gaunts ezpz
PVC tube and wires with some cover spackle, easy snake body for tervagon/mawloc psychophage conversions

I just like cutting things and gluing them... I will hate getting rid of the stupid marine arm in each psychophage tongue though. I will be having psychophage faces on every single monster though.
